Beta Access

The Beta currently offers only products with a complete deployment profile. We may pause, reject, or review an order when the account or payment information cannot be verified.

Managed Application Service

Each purchased application is deployed to an independent VPS. Provisioning can take several minutes and the application is available only after installation, DNS, HTTPS, and health checks are complete.

You are responsible for the content and configuration you put into your application. Do not send passwords, credentials, workflows, API keys, or other private application data to Wokfow Cloud support.

Payment And Cancellation

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Payment methods, invoices, and billing history are managed through the Stripe billing portal. If a payment fails, a limited grace period may apply before access is suspended.

You can cancel a subscription for the end of its current billing period. After the subscription ends, the related VPS, storage, DNS record, and application access may be permanently deleted according to the cancellation flow.

Support

For service questions or a deployment that did not complete, contact admin@cloud.wokfow.com. We may need your account email, product name, and order details, but never your password or application secrets.
