Information We Use

• Name and email address for account access and service communication.
• Order, subscription, payment status, and deployment records needed to provide the service.
• Limited CPU, memory, storage, and collection time snapshots from your VPS.

Anonymous Website Analytics

On public catalog and checkout pages, Wokfow Cloud automatically collects limited anonymous browsing and purchase-funnel measurements to understand overall traffic and improve the service. We use a first-party visitor and session identifier to count anonymous visitors, page views, product views, checkout starts, and confirmed paid conversions. We keep only HMAC-protected identifiers, a referrer hostname, selected UTM campaign fields, standard public paths, and event times.

Analytics does not affect account access or checkout. You can disable anonymous analytics using the control below; browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are also respected. The visitor identifier is kept for up to 30 days, inactive sessions are removed after 30 minutes, and raw analytics events are removed after 180 days. We do not store IP addresses, full user-agent strings, full referrer URLs, names, email addresses, Stripe identifiers, or application credentials in website analytics.

Information We Do Not Store

Wokfow Cloud does not intentionally store your application credentials, workflow content, or API keys in the control-plane database. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Wokfow Cloud.

Independent Application Data

Your application runs on an independent VPS. Application data remains inside that instance unless you choose to share it with another service or with support. Resource monitoring does not collect workflow content or credentials.
