Before You Contact Support

• A VPS is an independent resource created for your application.
• Deployment may take several minutes. Your dashboard shows the current deployment state.
• If payment fails, update the payment method through Stripe and allow the control plane time to receive the payment event.
• When a subscription ends, the related instance may be deleted according to the cancellation flow.

Never Send Secrets

Do not send your password, credentials, workflow content, API keys, tokens, or private application data to support. We will never need those values to investigate a platform issue.
